Terms of Service
Last updated: May 4, 2026
These terms govern your use of TCDS Insurance’s website, partner portal, and online quoting tools. By using the site or creating a partner account you agree to these terms.
Who we are
TCDS Insurance is a licensed Alabama insurance producer (“we”, “us”). Our principal place of business is Birmingham, Alabama. Insurance is sold through our agency under our Alabama producer license.
Quotes are estimates, not binders
Any premium figure shown on this site, in our partner portal, or in a share-page quote is a preliminary estimate based on the information provided. Coverage is not in force until a policy is issued by the carrier and the initial premium is paid. Final premium and coverage may vary after underwriting review.
Partner portal accounts
- Partner accounts (lender, realtor, processor) are issued only to individuals authorized by their employer to refer borrowers to an insurance agency under applicable RESPA and state-licensing rules.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, our acceptable-use policy, or applicable law.
No referral compensation
See our disclosures page. We do not pay or accept fees, commissions, kickbacks, splits, or other compensation in exchange for the referral of borrowers. By creating a partner account you confirm you understand this and will not solicit such compensation from us.
Acceptable use
- Do not submit borrower information without that borrower’s knowledge or consent.
- Do not attempt to access another partner’s data, the agent-side application, or any system you are not authorized to use.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scan, or stress-test our production systems. Contact security@triageone.io for sandbox access.
Disclaimers
The site is provided on an “as-is” basis. We make no warranty that any quote will result in a bound policy at the estimated premium. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, to the maximum extent permitted by Alabama law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Jefferson County, Alabama.
