For Lenders

Quote your buyers without leaving your loan file.

We're the agency loan officers in Alabama send their buyers to. One submission, every carrier, binder direct to your loan-ops team, and a real-time status board so closing morning isn't the first time you hear about insurance.

Try it now — preliminary quote

Start a quote request with the facts your agent can verify.

Submit your buyer’s details and we’ll save the request for review. Once the material borrower and property facts are confirmed, your agent can shop the carrier panel. We’ll also email you a 6-digit code so you can sign into your Quote Tracker portal and watch progress live.

Property + buyer
Your details (lender)

By submitting, you confirm you have the buyer’s permission to request an insurance quote on their behalf. We never send marketing email to your buyers without their consent.

30-second submissions

Forward the contract, paste the buyer info, or text us a name and address. We don't need a 14-field form to get started.

Binder to loan-ops

We route the binder, dec page, and EOI to your processor and keep the delivery status visible in the workflow.

No phone tag

You see the same status board we do. Quoted, sent, bound. Every transition is timestamped and visible to your whole team.

Closing-date aware

Every quote is anchored to your closing date. We work backward so the binder is in your file days before it's due, not on the morning of.

Your team, on your terms

Add processors and assistants in the portal so submissions and updates route to whoever's actually working the file.

Refinance Win-Back Alerts

When a buyer you sent us later requests a mortgagee-clause update tied to a different lender, the workflow can surface a notification so you can follow up on the refinance opportunity.

The lender workflow.

We engineered the flow around your actual day — pre-approval, under contract, clear to close.

  1. 01
    Send the buyer

Email, text, or paste from your LOS. Buyer name plus property address is enough to start.

  2. 02
    We quote

We shop the carriers that actually write the property. You see live status the whole time.

  3. 03
    Quote to file

Approved quote and binder land directly with your loan-ops team in the format your processors expect.

  4. 04
    Bind early

We bind days before closing, not on closing morning. Binder and dec page in your file. Clear to close.

Built for trust

Your borrowers’ data, locked down four different ways

We handle nonpublic personal information from your buyers every day. Here’s exactly how we keep it isolated, audited, encrypted, and minimized — not as marketing copy, but as shipped controls you can verify.

Read the security overview
Tenant isolation

Row-level security in Postgres

Core customer tables use agency_id scoping and Postgres RLS; coverage is reviewed during releases.

Audit ledger

Append-only Merkle chain

Selected critical events are written to an append-only audit_events table with a per-tenant hash chain, with verification handled as part of operations.

Encryption + access

TLS in transit, MFA + SSO

Traffic is served over TLS; Supabase Auth supports optional TOTP MFA, and enterprise tenants can require Microsoft 365 SSO. Service-role keys are scoped and rotated through the operational credential process.

Data minimization

PII redacted at every AI boundary

Every AI call is gated by a tenant-level spend budget, and PII (SSNs, DOBs, account numbers) is redacted before it ever crosses a provider boundary. Direct provider-SDK imports are blocked outside the audited wrapper.

Current compliance and security assessment materials are available on request from the security contact.

How we stay clean on every referral

We never pay your lender or realtor a fee, kickback, or split for sending a quote — and we say so out loud, in plain English, on every borrower-facing page.
